My football handicapping career began in 2006 by publishing a weekly newsletter by way of an online message board.  In the early days, my handicapping approach was to make predictions based upon the most desirable teams or those that were the most heavily bet by the public.  My experience taught me that these high profile teams were exactly what Vegas wanted to me to bet and they were the tightest lines on the board. I have since tailored my pick sheet to provide only the NFL and NCAAF picks that have been vetted through my 5 point checklist and provide the highest probability of covering the spread.
